Mark C. Wiggin

Mark C. Wiggin, 73, of Rutland, VT died September 1, 2026 at the Springfield Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born November 5, 1952 in Wallingford, VT the son of Edward and Ruth (McKirryher) Wiggin.

A 1972 graduate of Rutland High School, he went on to work for the State of Vermont at Emerald Lake State Park.

An animal lover, he especially enjoyed Randy's beagle, Ziggy.

After his motorcycle accident at age 19, he still enjoyed hunting and fishing with many friends and neighbors.

Survivors include his brother, Randall Wiggin of Springfield, VT; and several cousins.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Paul Wiggin. and Doug Wiggin.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 11 AM in Mendon's Tenney Cemetery.
